Scientific Rationale for Conferring the Supreme AACM Distinction
V. Lazarenko — Recipient of the Best Specialist in Complementary Medicine Award
Pursuant to the voluntary expert evaluation and professional accreditation procedures conducted for the practitioner and the therapeutic methodology employed, the AACM Expert Council was granted comprehensive access to and performed systematic analysis of 1,724 individual patient medical records. Each case file contained complete clinical anamnesis, therapeutic intervention protocols, and treatment chronologies, substantiated by exhaustive corroborating medical documentation including: laboratory analyses, ultrasonographic examinations, electrocardiographic studies, esophagogastroduodenoscopy reports, histopathological biopsy findings, and additional diagnostic modalities corresponding to each patient’s clinical presentation. Documentation further comprised formal medical opinions, physician treatment orders, detailed therapeutic course progressions, longitudinal disease dynamics, and comprehensive session records documenting interventions performed by V. Lazarenko with quantified outcome measurements.
The analyzed patient cohort presented with diverse pathological conditions including: peptic ulcer disease (gastric and duodenal), uterine leiomyomas, fibrocystic mastopathy, psoriasis vulgaris, viral hepatitis (types B and C), diabetes mellitus (types I and II), cardiac arrhythmias, paroxysmal tachycardia, early-stage malignant neoplasms (stages I-II), and various other chronic conditions resistant to conventional pharmacotherapy.
Statistical analysis of the 1,724 documented cases revealed that 1,210 patients (70.2%) achieved complete clinical remission with objective confirmation of diagnosis resolution upon subsequent medical re-examination. The mean therapeutic intervention duration under V. Lazarenko’s protocol was 30 days. Notably, 100% of patients in this cohort had previously undergone conventional pharmacological treatment without achieving satisfactory therapeutic outcomes, representing a population of treatment-refractory cases.
Methodological validation included randomized stratified sampling of patient records with multi-modal identity verification protocols: documentary authentication, synchronous video conferencing interviews, and recorded patient testimonials. These verification procedures conclusively established the authenticity and scientific validity of the submitted clinical data, with zero instances of data fabrication or falsification detected.
This represents an unprecedented volume of systematically documented clinical data for a single complementary medicine practitioner in the history of integrative healthcare research. No comparable dataset exists in institutional or independent research archives, precluding standard comparative meta-analysis with other practitioners or methodologies.
Based on the foregoing evidence and rigorous peer review, the AACM Expert Council and Scientific Research Department hereby confer upon V. Lazarenko the distinction of Best Specialist in Complementary Medicine by unanimous resolution.
Furthermore, the Expert Council formally recognizes Initiology — the therapeutic methodology practiced by V. Lazarenko — as the preeminent system of complementary medicine based on demonstrated clinical efficacy.
